Break Tackle helps fantasy football coaches manage teams, rosters, players, matches, and related gameplay records. This page explains how to get help with the app.

Support requests are normally reviewed as soon as possible.
When contacting support, please include:
- Your account email address
- Your device model and iOS version
- The Break Tackle app version
- A short description of what happened
- Screenshots, if they help explain the issue
Account Help
If you cannot sign in, use the app's password reset option on the sign-in screen. New accounts may need to verify their email address before all features are available.
You can review account settings, update rules data, view the privacy policy, or request account deletion from the Account screen inside the app.
Teams and Rosters
Break Tackle lets coaches create and manage teams, draft players, adjust team resources, and track roster details. If a team or player does not look right, contact support with the team name and the action you were trying to take.
Matches
The Matches area is used to view live matches and match archives. If match data is missing or an event is recorded incorrectly, please include the match name, team names, and the approximate time the issue happened.
Rules Data Updates
Break Tackle can download updated rules data from the Account screen. If an update does not complete, check your network connection and try again. If the problem continues, contact support.
